Why bowl at St. Mary's?
We are situated in St Mary's Park, high above the historic fishing town of Brixham. The green has benefitted from the hard work of our Green Committee over the last 5 years and it is bowling clean and true. We can cater for up to 7 rinks of players and there are seats and a pleasant outlook for spectators.
Our clubhouse is newly refurbished and offers a comfortable environment for the half-way break in the match or for non-playing visitors to sit and chat or watch the game if they prefer not to sit by the green.
We offer a substantial high tea when required and we have a well-stocked bar that opens as play finishes. We are a relaxed bunch of people who welcome visitors and enjoy the friendly rivalry of the game. |

Humberside County Bowling Association, one of 2016's summer touring teams were kind enough to write after their visit and their letter reflects exactly the kind of experience we hope to offer.
Brixham is located in a place that allows access to many beautiful and historic locations. Coleton FIshacre, is only a short distance with its beautiful gardens and house. Also close-by is Greenway, once the home of Agatha Christie and, of course Dartmouth and Dartmoor are well within striking distance. There is much to attract bowlers and non-bowlers alike.
